The first stop: Raw material input and fine processing

Process: Raw material acceptance → Processing and shaping

Our commitment: All raw materials come from strictly audited and compliant suppliers to ensure traceability of the source. Conduct a comprehensive inspection before entering the workshop. Subsequently, the products are cut and formed through standardized equipment to ensure uniform specifications and lay a foundation for subsequent processing.

Process: Stringing/pickling → Steam heating

Our commitment: This stage is the key to flavor and safety. Whether it is precise mechanical stringing or even tumbling and marinating, it ensures that the flavor penetrates every texture. The subsequent steam heating process, under precise temperature control, achieves the complete compliance of the central temperature, effectively killing pathogenic microorganisms and realizing "safe maturation".

Process: Rapid freezing → Metal detection

Our commitment: After maturation, the product is immediately placed in a rapid freezing tunnel at a temperature below -35℃, instantly locking in the juice and fresh taste, and inhibiting bacterial growth. The frozen products will pass 100% through high-precision metal detectors, like an unbreakable safety door, ensuring that each batch of products has no risk of any metal foreign objects.

Process: Inner/outer packaging → Finished product warehousing

Our commitment: In a packaging environment that meets the cleanliness standards, we will use packaging materials that comply with food-grade standards for sealing. Multiple quality inspections are carried out before and after packaging. The final products are on standby in a standardized low-temperature warehouse at -18℃ or below to ensure that the quality remains as good as before when delivered to you.
